Service Description

Accountability Check-in Sessions are designed to keep you on track with your goals and ensure steady progress towards your objectives. These sessions provide a structured and supportive environment where you can review your achievements, address any challenges, and stay motivated on your journey. During these sessions, you will: Review Progress: Assess the progress you have made since your last session, celebrating achievements and identifying areas for improvement. Set Short-Term Goals: Establish clear, actionable goals for the upcoming period, ensuring they align with your long-term vision. Address Challenges: Discuss any obstacles or difficulties you have encountered and develop strategies to overcome them. Receive Support and Guidance: Gain personalized feedback and advice to help you stay focused and motivated. Adjust Plans: Make any necessary adjustments to your action plan based on your current progress and changing circumstances. Accountability Check-in Sessions are essential for maintaining momentum and ensuring that you stay committed to your personal and professional growth. With regular check-ins, you can build consistency, foster accountability, and achieve your goals more effectively.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. To ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all our clients, please review our cancellation policy for one-on-one coaching sessions: 48-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This courtesy allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be in need. No Call, No Show Policy: If you miss two sessions without prior notification (no call, no show), we will be unable to schedule further appointments. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions. Rescheduling: You are welcome to reschedule your session, provided you give us a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance may result in a fee. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please notify us as soon as possible in the event of an emergency, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. Late Arrivals: If you are late to your session, please note that the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the time of the next client. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may be considered a no-show. Refund Policy: Refunds are not provided for missed sessions. However, sessions can be rescheduled with adequate notice as outlined above. We value your commitment to your personal growth and appreciate your understanding of our policies.
