Cancellation Policy

🌿 Complimentary Session Policy Please read before scheduling your session. We offer a limited number of complimentary sessions as an act of service, healing, and trust. To ensure these offerings remain sustainable and accessible to those who need them most, we ask that you honor the following boundaries with care: 🕰️ 48-Hour Notice (Cancellation & Rescheduling) Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows us to open the space to others who may be waiting for support and ensures your time is respected with the same reverence. 🚫 No Call / No Show Policy If you miss two sessions without communication, we will be unable to schedule additional complimentary sessions. This policy is not a punishment — it’s a way to maintain integrity and accessibility for others in need of this work. 🔁 Rescheduling You are welcome to reschedule your session with 48 hours’ notice or more. Requests made inside this window may be considered late cancellations and may affect your eligibility for future complimentary offerings. ⚠️ Emergency Situations We understand that life happens. If you experience an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to honor your situation with compassion and flexibility. ⏳ Late Arrivals Out of respect for all clients, your session will end at the originally scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be marked as a no-show. 🕊️ Energetic Agreement By scheduling a complimentary session, you agree to: Honor both your time and ours with clarity and care Communicate your needs and limitations with honesty Enter the space with a spirit of openness, presence, and respect This is sacred work, held in a trauma-informed, love-centered container. We ask that you show up as you are — not perfect, but present. In return, we will meet you with the same depth and devotion.
