Stress Management and Resilience Group Coaching is designed to help participants navigate life's challenges with greater ease and strength. This coaching approach provides a supportive environment where individuals can learn effective strategies to manage stress, build resilience, and maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle. In these sessions, participants will: Understand Stress Triggers: Identify common sources of stress and learn how they impact physical and mental well-being. Develop Coping Strategies: Explore practical techniques to reduce stress, such as mindfulness, relaxation exercises, and time management skills. Build Emotional Resilience: Learn how to cultivate a resilient mindset, adapt to change, and bounce back from setbacks. Group coaching sessions provide an opportunity to gain valuable insights, practice new skills, and build a supportive network. Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. To ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all our clients, please review our cancellation policy for one-on-one coaching sessions: 48-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This courtesy allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be in need. No Call, No Show Policy: If you miss two sessions without prior notification (no call, no show), we will be unable to schedule further appointments. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions. Rescheduling: You are welcome to reschedule your session, provided you give us a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance may result in a fee. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please notify us as soon as possible in the event of an emergency, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. Late Arrivals: If you are late to your session, please note that the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the time of the next client. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may be considered a no-show. Refund Policy: Refunds are not provided for missed sessions. However, sessions can be rescheduled with adequate notice as outlined above. We value your commitment to your personal growth and appreciate your understanding of our policies.
