From the beginning, I’ve been captivated by the deeper layers of human experience — the ache for meaning, the sacredness of connection, the complexity of intimacy, and the wild, winding path of becoming. Even as a child, I sensed things others didn’t, felt truth in my body, and knew there was more to this life than what we could see or explain.

Self-love became my compass early on — not as a trendy phrase, but as a radical act of reclamation. I’ve lived through towering joy and crushing loss, spiritual awakenings and deep soul winters. Every passage has shaped me, burned me clean, and given me medicine to share.

My academic journey reflects that devotion to truth and transformation. I hold a BA in Integrative Psychology and an MA in Consciousness and Transformational Studies with an emphasis in Healing. I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist, an Embodied Intimacy and Relationship Coach, and a certified practitioner of multiple energy healing modalities. But more than the letters behind my name, it’s the lived wisdom — the fires I’ve walked through — that inform my work.

I blend science with spirit, somatics with soul, and intuition with integrity. My work is alchemical — grounded in presence, attuned to subtle energies, and rooted in a fierce compassion for the human journey.
