I used to think I had to be polished to be supported.

That I had to be established before I could ask for help.

That the healing work I do needed to be finished in me before it could be resourced by others.

But that belief?

That was colonized energy in a sacred container.

And I’m flipping it now.

This month has been full of mirrors—mushrooms overturned on the trail, card spreads that cracked open layers of shadow, a nervous system unraveling old trauma with phantom fire.

It’s all been pointing to one thing:

The foundation matters more than the façade.

Everything I’ve been building—the practices, philosophies, and offerings that live under the umbrella of Kavi Apoha—are ready to rise.

But the truth is: the root system is still under-resourced.

And I can’t build a sanctuary for others if my own inner altar is collapsing.
