🔥 SPIRITUAL KICK TO THE HEAD: A Declaration for the Ready Ones

If you want a rescue, call 911.

If you want resurrection, sit down — I’ve got candles and questions.

Let’s Be Clear.

I’m not here to hold your hand through another round of your “Why Me?” monologue.

I’m not interested in your Trauma Talent Show or your performance of pain.

I’m here for the ones who are done being addicted to the story.

The ones who are willing to let it go — so they can actually grow.

🧜‍♂️ Enter Tomatoa

You ever met someone so enamored with their wounds, they start shining them up like trophies?

Like Tomatoa from Moana, they’re not healing — they’re entertaining.

“Let me talk about myself… in song form.”

🎶 Shiny... my codependent patterns are so SHINY... 🎶

They don’t want freedom.

They want applause.

They want you to marvel at how much they’ve suffered — while never doing the work to stop suffering.

🌀 Cue the Loki Vibe Check

There’s a moment in Loki (the series) where he just stares across the table like:

“Are you seriously telling me all this and expecting sympathy while doing nothing about it?”

That’s me.

When people come to me to complain, vent, spiral — with no intention of changing, just singing the chorus of their chaos again and again...

I make that face.

Because I’ve been there.

But I left.

🗽 “Humans only want the illusion of freedom…”

Let’s be honest: Most people want control over others, not sovereignty over themselves.

They want someone to blame.

A villain to point to.

An “invisible man in the sky” to be mad at.

But real freedom?

It means owning your choices.

All of them. Even the hard ones.

Especially the ones you made from unhealed places.

🐾 And This Is Why I Cry Over Fireflies

I don’t grieve easily for people who refuse to own their power.

But I will lose my damn mind over a dead firefly.

A wounded animal.

A tree cut down for no reason.

Why?

Because they never asked for any of this.

They suffer silently, innocently, and honestly.

Nature doesn’t perform its pain.

It just is.

And it heals, if given the chance.

🔥 So Here’s Your Soul Doula Invitation:

This is your wake-up call.

Your “Do you see me now, MFers?” moment.

I’m not here to stroke your ego.

I’m not here to affirm your victimhood.

I’m here to midwife your resurrection.

So, if you’re finally ready to heal —

Not just talk about it, but do it —

Come sit with me.

There’s room at the altar.

I’ve got candles. I’ve got questions. I’ve got a mirror.

But if you’re still in love with your pain?

Still married to the drama?

Still addicted to applause for your suffering?

Keep singing.

I’ll be over here, dancing with the ones who are done pretending.

🖤 If this cracked you open…

Share it.

Book your session.

Or sit with it in silence until your soul says, Now.
